PALM HARBOR, Fla. – Stand-up comedian and actress Lindsay Glazer is scheduled to feature in a special holiday themed stand-up comedy event alongside a cornucopia of the area’s hottest comedians at Snapper’s Grill & Comedy Club on Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. in Palm Harbor.
Appropriately named “No Thanks Given,” the one night only comedy show is expected to include three top comedians and will be hosted by emcee Charley McMullen, from Funny or Die’s “Stand Up Guys” and the LOL Network’s brutal roast Battle show “You Look Like.”
The night of irreverent comedy will kick off with special guest Jeff Rey, followed by Glazer and headliner Johnny Bell. Bell, also known by the stage name Johnny B, is a comedic veteran, dad, Tampa radio personality, divorcee and poker enthusiast who’s spent over 20 years entertaining crowds around the country.
Glazer, affectionately known to her fans as The Alpha Bitch, has been blindsiding audiences all over the country with stand up that attacks everything and everyone, from parenthood to anger issues to being sued by retired NBA champions. Prior to launching her comedy career, Glazer spent years working in the Miami public defender’s office and later practiced law on her own, which she credits as a huge influence on her unflinchingly honest stage persona.
Glazer, is currently touring the nation and has performed in more than 40 cities including top-venues like the world-famous Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, and the Comic Strip Live in New York City.
